Hey I'm Moctar Sako. I'm from the BRONX, and that's a big part of how I approach everything I do. I'm a Mech E and Comp Sci student at CUNYCity Tech who enjoys building things that work in the real world. I've always been the type to take things apart just to understand how they function, then try to rebuild them better.

I've had experience at Bloomberg, where I learned what it looks like when systems run at scale. Now I'm an AI Strategy & Solutions Intern working across SWE and product at Success Academy Charter Schools on the AI Labs team, building AI products in EdTech that support real classrooms. I'm motivated by complex problems and the process of turning rough ideas into something people can actually use.

When I'm not building, you'll probably find me playing soccer, exploring a new café somewhere in the city, or planning my next trip. I like being in new environments, meeting new people, and seeing how different places think and move. It keeps me curious.
